Budgeting & Planning
Co-ordinate with Zonal & State Marketing Heads to obtain information regarding events & activities required to support achievement of planned sales across the Zone, and share the same with CTS Division Head for planning & budgeting purposes
Allocate approved budget by executive across the zone & types of events based on the inputs from Marketing team on a monthly basis
Requisition gifts for distribution during events as agreed with Sales team

Sales Promotion & Product Development
Monitor execution of planned promotional events, daily visits & interactions, as well as customer complaints & feedback across the Zone
Undertake (or drive through CTS executives) influencer interactions to generate & convert leads for the products being marketed
Support current product launch events including market trials and evaluation of samples for finalisation of product launch
Provide inputs based on market requirements & competitor product benchmarking for product development




Monitor achievement of tertiary sales targets assigned to CTS executives across the Zone
Provide support for advocacy efforts through interactions with relevant govt. depts. to obtain approval of products

Customer Complaint Management
Monitor customer complaint responses across the Zone & co-ordinate with relevant locations for ensuring testing, if required, or visit site in case of escalations (large clients. Current products, etc.) to ensure complaint resolution
Drive adherence to response time for resolution of customer complaints regarding products within stipulated response time
Provide recommendation w.r.t compensation based on evaluation of the complaint

General Management
Manage people development initiatives within the team to ensure a capable and motivated workforce
Develop team capability to enable future skilled growth
