Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers.
Explain company services, courses, products, or offerings clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers/candidates.

Required Skills:
Positive verbal communication skills in

Hindi and English

.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and willing to make regular outbound calls.
Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, sales, recruitment calling, or lead generation will be preferred.
