Job Summary

We are looking for a

Tour Operations Executive with

2 yrs Experience to manage the end-to-end operational aspects of tours and travel packages. The role involves coordinating with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, guides, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of every trip and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations of domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters, guides, and activity providers

.
Prepare and verify itineraries, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and meal plans.
Confirm all travel arrangements before the guest's arrival.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding rates, availability, bookings, amendments, and cancellations

.
Maintain accurate booking records, vouchers, confirmations, and operational documents.
Coordinate airport/railway transfers and ensure vehicles and drivers are arranged on time.
Monitor ongoing tours and promptly resolve operational issues or guest requirements.




Communicate important trip details to the sales team and other concerned departments.
Follow up with suppliers for pending confirmations and payments.
Ensure services are delivered according to the agreed itinerary and package inclusions.
Handle last-minute changes and emergencies professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service partners.
Collect guest feedback and coordinate with the concerned teams for service improvements.
Ensure smooth pre-tour, during-tour, and post-tour operations.
