Create onboarding and induction programs for recent employees.
Design training modules for kitchen operations, service, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
Train Restaurant Managers, Team Leaders, and Franchise Owners on operational standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance reviews.
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training reports.
Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans for employees.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
