Key Responsibilities:
Assist in repair and testing of electronic components and assemblies.
Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision.
Support senior technicians in soldering, rework, and circuit diagnostics.
Maintain records of test results and repair activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Learn and apply knowledge of PCBA, ESD handling, and calibration processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma in Electronics (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
Willingness to learn repair and testing processes in an EMS/repair workplace.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
