Arc Control: Maintain a tight, consistent distance between the tungsten tip and the workpiece without dipping the electrode.
Two-Handed Coordination: Hold and guide the TIG torch with one hand at a 70- to 80-degree angle while smoothly dabbing filler metal into the molten puddle with the other.
Heat Regulation: Use a foot pedal or thumb control to increase or decrease amperage dynamically as the metal heats up.
Material Preparation: Clean metals thoroughly to remove rust, oil, or impurities that cause porosity or weaken the joint.
Blueprint and Symbol Interpretation: Read and follow technical drawings, welding symbols, and structural codes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
