Roles & Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international holiday packages.
Provide excellent customer service by offering travel advice and suitable package options.
Prepare and customize holiday packages based on customer requirements and budget.
Arrange travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and activities.
Process travel bookings and assist with ticketing.
Advise customers on visa requirements and assist with visa application procedures.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolve travel-related issues.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators and other travel service providers.
Stay updated with travel destinations, package rates, travel regulations and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or tourism industry.
Experience in handling holiday packages and customized tours.
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Knowledge of visa procedures and travel documentation.
Valuable skills in preparing attractive and cost-effective holiday packages.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work under pressure.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Versatile and willing to work according to business requirements.
Passion for travel and tourism with an interest in creating memorable travel experiences.
Previous experience in travel consulting, tour operations or a related field will be an advantage.
Requirements

No specific language requirement. Good communication skills are preferred.
