Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and understand their travel requirements.
Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Assist customers with package customization, modifications, and bookings.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and holiday packages.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.

Requirements
Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and candidates with relevant sales/travel experience are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Candidates with travel sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience will be preferred.
