Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Caretaker to provide quality care and support to patients at their homes. The ideal candidate should assist with daily living activities, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain a clean and hygienic workplace while delivering care with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.

Help patients with mobility, walking, and transferring safely.

Monitor and report any changes in the patient's health or behavior to the supervisor or family members.

Administer basic care as instructed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient's room and surroundings.

Support medication reminders as per the prescribed schedule (without administering medicines unless authorized).

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Assist in light household tasks related to patient care.





Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (preferred).

Prior experience as a caretaker, nursing assistant, or home healthcare aide is an advantage.

Freshers with a caregiving attitude are also encouraged to apply.

Basic communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage.

Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
