Develop, implement, and manage taxonomy and metadata frameworks to improve content organization and accessibility.

Optimize SEO strategies and practices to improve search rankings and content visibility.

Analyze search performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with business and user requirements.

Support effective management and organization of enterprise content across ECM and SharePoint platforms.

Ensure consistent application of metadata and taxonomy standards across enterprise content.

Experience:

4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise search, content management, SEO, or related areas.
n
Proven expertise in SEO techniques, strategies, and best practices.
n
Hands-on experience with SharePoint and ECM systems.
n
Solid understanding of metadata management and taxonomy frameworks.
n
Familiarity with the Service Now platform.
n
Experience in improving search functionality, content discoverability, and search performance.
