Job Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and baggage procedures.
Provide courteous assistance at airport counters, gates, and terminals.
Verify passenger tickets, travel documents, and flight details.
Guide passengers through boarding and arrival procedures.
Handle passenger queries and resolve basic service-related issues.
Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and airport operations teams.
Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.
Maintain accurate records and follow airport safety and security procedures.
Support smooth passenger movement during boarding, arrivals, delays, and cancellations.
Maintain a skilled appearance and deliver excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile
12th pass or graduate; freshers may apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
