Job Summary

Vinayak Global Solutions is hiring an Accounts Executive / Accountant on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the Jewellery Industry, located in Andheri, Mumbai.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts skilled who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliance and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers and other accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist in monthly closing activities.
Handle invoicing and accounting documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Prepare basic MIS reports and account statements.
Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments.




Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Support the senior management/accounts team as required.

Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
Graduate in B.Com, M.Com or a relevant discipline preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in the Jewellery Industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Mumbai and nearby locations are preferred.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
