nKey Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with US staffing clients.

Identify current business prospects and generate leads.
n
Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements.
n
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs.
n
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
n
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

nRequirements:

n

n
1+ year of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Business Development or Account Management preferred.
n
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Solid client-handling and negotiation skills.
n
Willingness to work in the US night shift .
n
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
