Prepare and review US Federal and State tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065), handle multi-state filings and apportionment, review junior team work, support tax notices/audits, and coordinate with US tax teams.

Required Candidate profile

US Business Tax experience. Solid hands-on experience in Forms 1120, 1120-S & 1065, Operating Entity, multi-state taxation. US Federal & State tax knowledge required. US CPA firm experience preferred
