Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, ads, and other platforms.
Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, and sound design to enhance video quality.
Work closely with the content team to understand briefs and turn them around within tight timelines.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips/reels for different platforms.
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
Stay updated on video trends, formats, and editing techniques relevant to finance/edtech content.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (Film, Design, or Mass Media preferred but not mandatory).
Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
A positive eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and detail.
Ability to manage multiple edits and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Interest in finance, markets, or edtech content is a plus.
A portfolio or reel of past editing work is preferred.
