Role Summary

You will turn raw footage and long-form recordings into high-retention short videos. You will work with the marketing team to boost brand visibility through trends, energetic pacing, and strong hooks.

Key Responsibilities
Cut and polish raw video footage into short-form reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Add energetic captions, subtitles, text overlays, and sound effects.
Color-correct video clips and balance background audio.
Keep project files and raw footage organized properly.

Requirements & Skills
Intermediate knowledge of tools like Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut or Canva.
Solid sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and current social media trends.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and accept feedback.
Optional but good if currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Mass Communication, Film, Media, or a related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
