nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a VIP Support Engineer to provide high-touch, white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users. The role requires solid technical troubleshooting skills combined with excellent communication, customer handling, and the ability to resolve high-priority issues with minimal downtime.

nKey Responsibilities

Provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and VIP users.
n
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and network issues.
n
Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
n
Provide support for Microsoft Teams and video conferencing .
n
Manage and support executive meeting rooms.
n




Handle high-priority escalations and ensure timely resolution.
n
Minimize downtime for critical/VIP users.
n
Coordinate with relevant infrastructure and application teams for complex issues.
n
Maintain skilled communication and provide regular updates to VIP users.
