As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll DonCRM Management & Automation

Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in GoHighLevel
n
Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs
n

nIT Support & Customer Fulfillment

n

Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
n
Assist with recent client onboarding and integration calls
n
Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately
n

nClient Interaction

n

Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client
n




Provide training and ongoing support on using GoHighLevel effectively
n

nOperations & Admin

n

n
Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks
n
Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule
n

What We’re Looking Fornn
Proven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on GoHighLevel expertise
n
Solid automation and CRM process-building skills
n
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities
n
Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus
n
Reliable internet connection and a proactive, detail-driven work style
