Visa Sales Counselor – Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Visa Sales Counselor to join our team. This is a fresher-friendly chance for candidates who are interested in sales, customer counseling, and the overseas/work-visa industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining available work-visa services, following up with leads, and converting interested candidates into clients.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
Understand clients' requirements regarding overseas employment/work visas.
Explain available work-visa processes, eligibility requirements, documentation, and service details accurately.
Counsel clients and address their basic queries.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal documentation/processing team.
Convert qualified leads into clients.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.




Maintain skilled communication and good client relationships.

Requirements
Qualification: Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making calls and following up with clients.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Interest in sales, counseling, immigration, or overseas recruitment is an advantage.
