Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through Chat and Email based support channels.
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates with min 6 months of internation email/chat experience are welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work from office.
