Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering robust connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals.
n
Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.
n
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
n
Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
n




Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.
n
Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential learners.
n
Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans.
n
Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements.

Education & Experience

n

Bachelor's degree in any stream.
n
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
n
Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
