Were looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Success team in Hyderabad and partner with a 200+ employee client group across sales, delivery, and enabling functions.

What Youll Do
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, org design, talent and succession
Own people analytics including headcount, attrition, engagement, hiring and people costs
Build dashboards and use data to identify trends and recommend practical interventions
Lead employee relations, grievances, performance and disciplinary cases from start to closure
Drive performance management, engagement initiatives and retention plans
Partner with TA, Payroll, Finance and Legal on people and compliance matters
Ensure alignment with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
Coach managers and provide thoughtful, data-backed HR solutions

What Were Looking For
6+ years of progressive HR experience
3+ years of HRBP / HR Generalist experience partnering directly with business leaders
Experience working in an organisation of 1,000+ employees




Postgraduate qualification in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation and employee relations
Advanced Excel and strong HR analytics capabilities
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or Workday will be an advantage
Robust experience in performance management, talent, compensation and change management
Ability to independently manage employee relations cases
Fluency in English and Telugu or Hindi
