Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring requirements.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
