Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Understand client requirements and work on suitable candidate profiles.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Positive verbal and written communication.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
Willingness to learn IT/domestic recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
