Roles and Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, leave management, and attendance management.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages through various payment methods (cash, cheque, EFT).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for India and coordinate with finance team on tax deductions at source.
Provide support to HR Generalist activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, and other generalist tasks related to payroll administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
