Convert branch Purchase Orders into factory Sales Orders in ERPNext.
Verify item codes, quantities, rates, delivery dates and warehouse allocation.
Coordinate with branches regarding order specifications and discrepancies.
Prepare and communicate the daily internal dispatch list.
Prioritise dispatches based on urgency, delivery dates and material availability.
Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, Billing and related teams.
Notify branches after dispatch with Delivery Note, transporter and expected delivery details.
Handle branch queries regarding order status, delivery schedules and stock availability.
Create internal Delivery Notes in ERPNext and ensure accuracy.
Maintain the internal SO register and escalate overdue orders.
Support SO hygiene and factory OTD by aligning dispatches with delivery dates.
