Role & responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery collections.
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, hallmarks, carat weights, gemstone grading (4Cs), and pricing.
Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and store-wide monthly sales targets.
Trust & Security: Handle high-value merchandise securely, following strict showroom safety, inventory management, and billing protocols.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term client relationships by maintaining a database of customer preferences, following up for special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays),



and managing custom-order requests.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays, showcases, and inventory are impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum [ 2 to 5 years] of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, or the jewellery industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in gemology (e.g., GIA) is a robust plus.
