Key Responsibilities:

Teach theoretical and practical courses in Indian Cuisine.

Cover regional Indian cuisines, traditional techniques, and contemporary practices.

Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and student mentoring.
n
Contribute to curriculum development, research, workshops, and industry engagement.

Eligibility:

Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
n
Relevant culinary industry and/or teaching experience preferred.
n
Solid expertise in Indian cuisine and skilled kitchen practices.
