Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Visual Basic 6 (VB6) Developer to maintain, enhance, and modernise legacy applications critical to our business operations. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in VB6, database integration, and migration strategies, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise existing systems while supporting transition to newer technologies.
Preferred candidate profile
Maintain and enhance existing VB6 applications to ensure stability and performance.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in production and development settings.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement changes.
Integrate VB6 applications with databases (SQL Server, Azure)
Exposure to VB.NET/C#, migration projects, and version control tools.
