Role & responsibilities
nstall, configure, and maintain telecommunications hardware, fiber optics, and structured cabling systems.
Troubleshoot and repair network faults, hardware malfunctions, and signal connectivity issues.
Conduct site surveys, equipment testing, and network optimization.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and industry regulations during all field operations.
Maintain accurate daily logs of installations, maintenance routines, and repairs.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: ITI or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 1 To 10 years of hands-on experience in telecom installation, tower maintenance, or field network support. FRESHERS ARE WELCOME
Technical Skills: Proficiency with telecom testing instruments (e.g., OTDR, multi-meters) and standard splicing/cabling techniques.
Key Attributes: Solid problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for fieldwork/climbing, and a willingness to travel to project sites.
