Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Logistics Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, dispatch, and logistics activities. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with internal teams and transporters.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, stacking, and storage of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
Prepare materials for dispatch as per approved orders and documents.
Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and secure handling of materials.




Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts teams as required.
Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or stock issues to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling operations.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and handle operational activities.
