Position: Account Manager – IT Staffing

Location: Bangalore / Hyd

Experience: 5–18 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Manage and grow existing client accounts within the IT Staffing / Contract Staffing business.
n
Drive end-to-end account management, including client relationship management, requirement gathering, delivery coordination and issue resolution.
n
Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
n
Develop robust relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and Business stakeholders.
n
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
n
Manage client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
Track account performance, revenue, margins, fulfilment and operational metrics.
n
Participate in client meetings, business reviews and negotiations.
n
Support commercial discussions, rate negotiations, renewals and contract extensions.
n




Drive business growth through existing accounts and identify potential new opportunities.
n

Required Skills

n

n
Strong experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / C2H.
n
Proven experience in Account Management and client handling.
n
Valuable understanding of IT technologies and staffing models.
n
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
n
Experience handling enterprise clients and large-volume requirements.
n
Solid commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and account growth.
n

Additional Advantage

n

n
Candidates who have handled or currently handle accounts such as Accenture or Infosys will have an added advantage.
n
Experience managing large enterprise/GCC accounts will be preferred.
n
