One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a VP Finance to build and grow the finance team.

nResponsibilities

Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendors
n
Drive solid financial controls and processes for the business
n
Manage regional tax reporting
n
Manage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationships
n
Help the founders with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
n
Help the founders with financial and investor reporting
n

n

nQualifications

n

n
At least 8 to 10 years of experience
n
CA/CPA preferred
n
Someone with Fintech/Financial Services experience is critical
n
Someone with a big 4 background would be advantageous
n
Prior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageous
n
Someone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground up
