nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced VP / SVP – Investment Banking to drive deal origination and end-to-end transaction execution across multiple sectors.

nThe role will involve leading M&A;, equity/debt capital raising, and structured finance transactions, while working closely with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, strategic investors, and institutional investors.

nKey Responsibilities

n

Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, equity/debt raising, and structured finance transactions.
n
Drive transaction structuring, valuation,



financial modelling, and due diligence.
n
Build and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, and strategic investors.
n
Originate recent mandates and lead pitches, proposals, and investor presentations.
n
Provide strategic advisory on growth, capital structure, and portfolio optimization.
n
Lead deal teams and mentor junior team members.
n

nKey Requirements

n

n
10–15 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, or PE/VC.
n
Robust track record in M&A; and capital raising transactions.
n
Relevant sector exposure across Industrials, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability/ESG, or Healthcare & Pharma.
n
Solid capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
n
Excellent client relationship management, deal origination, and leadership skills.
n
MBA / CA / CFA preferred.
n
