Job Summary:

Operate and set up 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling machines with Siemens controls for manufacturing high-precision aerospace components as per drawings, 3D models, process sheets, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate 5-axis simultaneous CNC milling machines.
Operate Siemens controls
Perform job setting, work offsets, tool offsets, and program prove-out.
Read aerospace drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and surface-finish requirements.
Perform in-process inspection using Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, and other precision instruments.
Monitor tool wear, cutting parameters, vibration, chatter, and surface finish.
Maintain part identification, traceability, route cards, and inspection records.
Follow approved CNC programs, setup sheets, work instructions,



and drawing revisions.
Ensure FOD prevention, 5S, machine safety, and product protection.
Report machining abnormalities and dimensional deviations immediately.

Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / CNC / Tool & Die / Production Engineering

Experience

3–6 years of CNC milling experience, preferably with hands-on experience in 5-axis aerospace component machining.
