Monitor employee welfare, health, safety, and working conditions.
Address employee grievances and welfare-related concerns.
Maintain positive communication between employees and management.
Organize welfare activities, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and welfare regulations.
Coordinate medical facilities, first-aid arrangements, canteen, sanitation, drinking water, and other welfare facilities.
Maintain employee welfare records and prepare reports.
Support current employees during induction and orientation.
Coordinate with HR, management, and government authorities when required.
Promote a secure, healthy, and positive working environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
