About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Plant Operations Manager to lead dairy plant operations with a robust focus on production excellence, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.

n

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless plant functioning, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee plant maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations
n
Monitor material balance, procurement, production, and sales through ERP/SAP
n
Control process losses and optimize energy & cost efficiency
n
Manage inventory, stores, packing material, and SMP consumption
n
Drive expense control and effective resource utilization
n




Lead manpower planning, performance management, and training initiatives
n
Address internal audit observations and ensure insurance compliance
n

Qualifications

B.Tech (Dairy Technology)
n
M.Sc (Dairy Science)
n

Required Skills

Must know local language (Telugu)
n
Robust expertise in dairy plant operations
n
Production planning, quality control & cost management knowledge
n
Financial discipline and statutory compliance awareness
n
SAP proficiency and MIS reporting skills
n
Robust leadership and team management capabilities
