Job Purpose

The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

n

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

n

n
Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.
n
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
n
Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.
n
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
n
Develop recent sources and channels for continuous lead generation.
n
Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and recent business opportunities.
n
Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.
n
Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.
n

Product Sales

n

n
Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.
n




Identify client requirements and present relevant products.
n
Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
n

n

Business Development & Revenue

n

n
Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.
n
Expand the client base and identify recent business opportunities.
n
Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.
n

n

Coordination & Compliance

n

n
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.
n
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
n

n

Experience

n

n
6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.
n
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.
n
HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.
n

n

Preference

n

Candidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply.
