Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage

Zoom Webinars on webinar platforms.
Handle audio, video, lighting, presentations and screen sharing.
Manage webinar registration forms, landing pages and email reminders

.
Handle polls, Q&A;, chat, breakout rooms and participant management.
Coordinate with speakers, marketing and internal teams.
Host webinars / classes and manage live technical requirements.
Troubleshoot audio, video, internet, Zoom and other technical issues.
Manage recordings and coordinate basic editing/content repurposing.
Maintain webinar schedules, checklists and performance reports.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of

Zoom Webinar & webinar automation

.
Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and related tools.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle live sessions calmly and independently.
Willingness to learn current automation and digital tools.
