We're hiring for an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operating cycle for purchase-protection programs across e-commerce, shipping and embedded insurance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operations
n
Strong experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Management
n
Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlement
n
Robust Excel/spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of SQL or BI tools
n
Experience creating and implementing SOPs,



TAT metrics, process improvements and operational dashboards
n
Solid stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational discipline
n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling
n
Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking
n
Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations
n
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports
n
Build SOPs and launch checklists for recent programs
n
Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product
n
Manage and guide Operations Analysts
n
Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processes
n

n

NICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.

n
