We're hiring: Sales Executive (Field Sales) - Perkant Tech

About us: Perkant Tech is a DPIIT recognised deep tech medical device startup building a novel primary care platform for OPD clinics across India. We're based in Indore, with manufacturing at the MP MedTech Park in Ujjain.

Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.10 LPA fixed, plus field TA/DA and a performance incentive on conversions.

n

The role: We're looking for a field sales executive to take Prognosys directly to OPD clinics, running demos, converting free trials, and closing current clinics across the Indore territory.

What you'll do:

Run field visits to clinics and demo Prognosys
n
Convert demos to trials, and trials to paid onboarding




n
Own a territory route and report field activity daily
n
Log all activity in the CRM
n

Who we're looking for:

n

n
1+ year in field sales
n
Experience with EHR, clinic management software, or healthcare SaaS preferred
n
Comfortable with full day field travel
n
Hindi fluency for clinic conversations
n

n

Location: Apollo Premier, Indore, on site with daily field travel

n

Days: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
