Job Summary

We are looking for a WPS Backend & Coordinator to manage WPS portal activities, coordinate with UAE corporate customers, and ensure accurate and timely salary file processing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle WPS portals and assist customers with SIF/WPS file uploads.
Guide and train customers on preparing and uploading SIF files accurately and within deadlines.
Verify customer and employee data before submission.
Coordinate with customers regarding pending, rejected, or failed transactions.
Monitor WPS transaction status and resolve rejected payments, data discrepancies, and delayed wage alerts.
Maintain proper records of WPS submissions, transactions, and customer documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, banking teams, and relevant authorities for issue resolution.
Maintain positive knowledge of UAE company documentation and WPS requirements.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely completion of WPS-related processes.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in WPS, payroll, banking,



exchange house, fintech operations, or a similar field.
Good knowledge of UAE WPS/SIF processing and web portals.
Understanding of UAE company documentation and payroll requirements.
Strong MS Excel and computer skills.
Excellent customer coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Salary - 20,000 - 25,000 What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented and responsible skilled who can independently manage WPS-related backend activities while maintaining strong coordination with customers and internal teams.
