JD - Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily uploads of recorded videos, YouTube Shorts, live classes, and community posts.
Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and faculty for smooth content delivery and scheduling.
SEO & Optimization: Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and manage playlists to boost discoverability and retention.
Channel Management: Oversee YouTube homepage layout, featured sections, and video-level Optimization (end screens, cards, thumbnails, etc.)
Content Planning & Analysis: Work with faculty to plan subject-wise content, analyze performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Analytics & Growth Tracking: Monitor YouTube Analytics track views, watch time, CTR, subscribers, and report Daily/weekly/monthly growth trends.
Community Engagement: Post engaging community polls, updates,



and celebratory posts to increase channel interaction.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Research: Stay updated with YouTube trends and perform daily analysis of competitor channels to identify high-performing formats.

Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels (preferably in the EdTech sector)
Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Canva
Familiarity with video SEO tools like VidIQ and TubeBuddy
Basic knowledge of video editing platforms is a plus
Robust attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
A creative eye for content hooks, thumbnails, and trend spotting
