Dental RCM Specialist

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat | Shift: US Eastern Time

We are looking for a Dental RCM Specialist to join our growing US dental billing team. The ideal candidate has experience with US dental insurance billing and understands the full revenue cycle.

Responsibilities
Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
Work on AR, denials, rejections, and unpaid claims
Verify patient insurance eligibility and advantages
Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
Communicate with dental offices and insurance companies
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records

Requirements
1+ years of US dental billing/RCM experience
Strong understanding of dental insurance and CDT codes
Experience with claims, AR and denial management
Valuable written and spoken English
Comfortable working US hours
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
