Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Vapi

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP.
Implement and monitor safety procedures as per company policy.
Plan manpower allocation and manage shift schedules.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and ERP/SAP entries.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
Train, guide, and motivate shop floor workers for better efficiency.
Handle any production-related issues and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills:
Ability to coordinate with operators/workers
Basic team handling and communication skills

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
