Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in jewellery retail, team management, sales, customer handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customers professionally and ensure an excellent showroom experience.
Drive sales, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and store performance.
Maintain accurate jewellery stock and coordinate with the inventory team.
Ensure proper inward/outward movement and physical stock verification.
Monitor product display, showroom presentation, and visual merchandising.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
