Social Media Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a social media associate who understands social media beyond just posting content. The role involves content planning, execution, trend spotting, community management, and tracking what is working across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Assist in planning and maintaining the monthly social media calendar.
Research trending topics, formats, conversations, and related content prospects.
Support content creation, including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
Write crisp, engaging copy and captions aligned with the brand tone.
Coordinate with designers, video teams, and internal stakeholders to execute content on time.
Monitor comments,



messages, and social conversations and ensure timely responses.
Track social media performance and prepare regular MIS with key metrics, insights, and learnings.
Identify what is working and suggest recent content formats, ideas, and initiatives.
Ensure social media hygiene, consistency, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is curious, plugged into social media, and willing to experiment. You should be able to spot a good content prospect, understand why it could work, and turn it into something relevant for the brand.
