Job Description:

Position: Quality Inspector

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
Responsible for incoming material inspection and testing of RM and MB as per specifications released by Regional Quality and maintaining relevant records.
Responsible for completing and maintaining revalidation records for all equipment as per the defined plan.
Perform daily challenge tests on machines as per the inspection plan.
Perform daily calibration and maintain calibration records.
Update and verify Line Clearance, Online, Offline, Line Defect, and Non-Conforming Product records as per Good Documentation Practices.
Maintain the condition and accuracy of all measuring equipment in the Quality Lab.
Support product validation and revalidation activities.
Use the recommended PPE in the working area and follow all applicable safety guidelines.




Implement and maintain 5S standards in the Quality Lab.

Required Skill
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and deadline-driven workplace.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.SC - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
