Job Description:
Responsibilities: QA Executive
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, implement and monitor QA systems, SOPs, specifications and quality procedures.
Oversee raw material, in-process and finished product quality and ensure timely release.
Handle customer complaints, CAPA, deviations, investigations and root cause analysis.
Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and ensure effective closure of observations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
Lead and train the QA team and maintain required quality documentation and records.
