Job Description

We are seeking experienced HighRadius professionals with solid expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation, Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end HighRadius implementations, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and production support.

Gather and analyze business requirements for O2C processes.
n
Configure and implement HighRadius solutions based on client requirements.
n
Design and support Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, and Dispute Management processes.
n
Work on ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
n
Conduct SIT, UAT, testing, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
n
Support go-live,



Hypercare, and post-production activities.
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams.
n
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and training materials.
n
Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
n

Required Skills

n

n
Hands-on experience in HighRadius implementation projects.
n
Robust knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
n
Experience in Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, or Dispute Management modules.
n
Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.).
n
Experience with UAT, SIT, Hypercare, and Production Support.
n
Knowledge of SQL and data validation is preferred.
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
